Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Unsere Standardversion ist englisch, aber wir können die deutsche Version Nez du Vin 54 auch liefern. Bitte pecise im Anzeige Kasten in der bestellenseite, wenn Sie die deutsche Version möchten.
Chinese Taditional:
Our standard version is English but we can also supply the Chinese Traditional version of the Nez du Vin 54. Please pecise in the message box in the ordering page if you would like the Chinese Traditional version.

Shipping And Handling
UK orders: All items will be dispatched by Royal Mail Post or Business Link and may require signature on delivery. Postage and Packing cost only £4.95 regardless of the number of items ordered.
International shipping is subject to an additional charge (according to the shipping destination and package weight).
Please place your order online and check the exact delivery cost before your order is processed.

Delivery Schedule
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours however, please allow up to
14 days for UK delivery during busy festive periods like before Christmas or father's day.
International deliveries take about 2 weeks by Parcel Force recorded delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will telephone or email you and give you an anticipated delivery date. You will then have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received.. All we ask is that you return it unused and in its original packaging. When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend that you send it by registered post.
In case of a damaged or faulty good we will fully reimburse you the cost of returning the good to us.
